Do you drive every trip yourself, Christopher?

I drive as many as I can, and my regulars usually get me personally. When I am already on the road, one of a small circle of chauffeurs I trust completely takes the wheel. I have driven with each of them for years, I brief them on how you like things done, and you always receive the driver and vehicle details before the trip. You will never get a stranger from an app.

How do I book a ride with you?

Whatever is easiest for you. The online booking gives you an instant fixed price in about a minute. Plenty of my clients just text me the flight number and I handle the rest.

What does the price include? Any surprises later?

Accepted Answer

None, and that is a promise. Your quote covers the driver, fuel, tolls, airport parking, meet and greet with a name board, flight tracking, WiFi and bottled water. Waiting time is included too: 30 minutes on standard pickups and a full 60 minutes on international arrivals. The number you see when you book is the number you pay.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

I watch your flight from the moment it takes off. If you land two hours late, I am there two hours later, at no extra charge and without you having to call anyone. Give me your flight number when you book and forget about it. That is my job, not yours.

Question 5

Where will I find you at the airport?

Accepted Answer

Inside the terminal, holding a board with your name on it. At MIA I wait at the bottom of the arrivals escalators, at FLL right past baggage claim in your terminal, and at PBI by the main exit. I will text you exactly where I am standing before you land, and I help with every bag from the carousel to the car.

How far ahead should I book?

A day or two ahead is comfortable, and a week is ideal for long trips like Naples, Orlando or Key West. That said, call me even if your flight lands in three hours. If I can make it work, I will, and I usually can.

Do you do round trips and wait-and-return?

Accepted Answer

All the time. Medical appointments, dinners, day trips down to the Keys: I take you there, wait nearby or stay reachable, and bring you home. For round trips booked together I quote the whole journey up front, so there is one price and zero uncertainty.

Question 8

Can you drive me by the hour instead of point to point?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is one of my favorite ways to work. Hourly hire means the car and I stay with you: shopping in Bal Harbour, back-to-back meetings in Brickell, showing relatives around Miami. You direct, I drive, your bags and shopping stay safely in the car between stops.

Do you have car seats for children?

I do. Tell me the age of each child when you book and I will have the right seat installed and checked before I leave for your pickup. No charge for the first seat on most trips. Traveling with your own seats? I will fit them properly, I have done it a thousand times.

How do I pay, and when?

Accepted Answer

Securely online when you book, with any major card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing changes hands in the car unless you want it to. Corporate clients on roadshows can arrange invoicing with me directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Life happens, I get it. Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and you pay nothing. Between 24 and 3 hours it is 30 percent, inside 3 hours it is 50 percent. If you no-show, 50 percent plus any parking incurred. When plans merely shift, just call me and we move the booking instead.

How far will you actually drive?

Anywhere in Florida, honestly. My regular runs are the three airports and everything between Palm Beach and the Keys, but I take clients across Alligator Alley to Naples, up the Turnpike to Orlando, and all the way down the Overseas Highway to Key West. Long-distance fares start at $129 and you get the exact price before you commit.
